Okay, long time .. few seconds!

Its been a week since i and 5 of my friends began our trip across the United States and we have reached Houston, Texas now. We began our trip on the 15th of July from SoBe, south beach in Miami where we stayed for 3 nights. During that we also drove to key west and had a few beers there and got 'lost' also. haha. Saw some very nice sights there. In miami we mainly stayed on the beach, just sunbathing and burning our skins. EVeryone was redish and REDISH! Hmm there we enjoyed the warm climate also, ITS FREEKING BEEN +30c every freeking day, and even once +36c. Come on.. give me a break, its like living on the sun. Anyways, after miami we headed or began our "official" road trip by driving from miami towards new orleans. Of course we did not reach it the next day, as its a bit further away. We first stayed a night at Naples, Florida. The next night stop was at Tallahassee and after that Mobile, Alabama. In mobile we also visited the Battleship Alabama and saw some other military equipment. Not nice to walk there when its freeking +33celcius.. again.. dying and sweating like hell.. but yeah from there we then continued and reached New Orleans finally. There we then stayed for 2 days and left today actually. When we came to any of these places we never have had any hostels or motels prebooked and it has never been a proble except in new orleans, where we literally were almost giving up .. but finally found a CRAPPY, very weird hostel where we (6 of us) shared a 18 bed dorm. hah. . In new orleans we during the first night went out to the french quarters and walked around, ultimately ending up in a bar called howling.at.the.moon. That place definitely was legendary as they had one of the best live shows i've seen in a while.. made the audience participate very easily and in many funny ways. Also that day I ate the famous Jambalaya dish, aa GOOD FOOD is hard to resist. Hmm the second night we also went to the same place to see the show and then came home and prepared for today. I btw also had a small walkabout around the town, while taking pictures .. and watching my back so that i would not get robbed by the locals :)) haha..

but yeah, pictures will be coming up in a later date.. as i dont have the energy to upload and look ..which will be shown.!!

Days come near, and I’m almost leaving Finland. Not for good, but to have a month of with my mates while we drive from Miami to San Francisco. During that ROAD TRIP we are definitely stopping in Las Vegas, so that we can lose our money and our savings, and in Los Angeles, so that we can become famous actors! That’s our plan! All other places in between are just if we feel like stopping in them.. of course everyone’s got some kind of needs and wants, such as going to a shooting range or enjoying the thrills at the rollercoaster’s!
And hey BTW I PASSED my university and you can NOW call me a International Tourism and Management Graduate. so, woopdi woo, still need to go to England for my graduation party! hehe
So what have I been doing? For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been working almost 14 hours a day in 5-6days a week, in Närpiö, at a company called Dermoshop. We built there a push-back storage system and enhanced their packing facilities.. It is a fucked-up job but you get payed well and its easy to go for the “gigs” as you are not obligated to continue if you don’t want to. . this what I’ve been doing while I search for a “proper” job, that even in a slightest way relates to my own profession (Which actually is still a mystery to me) .. haha
then during the weekends, on the 3rd of July a dear friend of mine got married and had their wedding then! Beautiful bride and an enjoyable wedding. . Also the weather, how fantastic it was, +25-30 Celsius the whole day! Then the next day I had a small “traditional” cruise with a friend of mine, which went around the small islands in Helsinki (pictures down there) ..

and hmm, last weekend I then went to Helsinki where I met a few of my mates, had a BBQ and saw 2 flicks at the movies, Shrek Forever After and Predators (2010). Both were enjoyable but Predators was sorta a disappointment and in some way a rip off from the original and some other action films..

hmm.. need to finish now so.. pics down and next time I’ll be posting something from the States!!

Helsinki and its amusement park! Did not find anything or any rides to go on, but atleast I enjoyed the +30 Celcius warmth! :))
